What determines if a sim will say yes to drinking from them?
I'm trying to complete Caleb's aspiration goals and one of them is to get 2 sims to agree to let drink from. I'm having a hard time, not even the sims he's friends with are saying yes!

I don't know how old (year) this thread is but I have had nothing but confusion when it comes to this topic.
I have two married vampire sims and both husbands always say to keep those fangs away. I even make them have sex and butter them up real good before asking, nope, nothing, these married male sims are so full of themselves, whenever they say that, I want a divorce for being treated so poorly.
Mainly because the woman is asking after he turned her into a vampire and she doesn't know the ropes yet and has allowed herself to get thirsty.
Then I have a sim the game copied one of those married sims into a NPC so he got married and no longer is a NPC and he allows his newly turned wife blood, even though the other two denied blood access to the women they love days after they turn. They were the ones who turned the woman, one woman never wanted to change so she's really PO'd.
Sorry if I bumped an old thread, I just wanted to add that since it's clearly nothing to do with love or friendship. It's easier just to go find a victim at the gym and take it, the aspiration to allow 2 sims to drink will never happen. Also the two who don't allow are almost top rank and one of the wives is close to top rank too. All bars are maxed out for relationship and friendship.
There's probably a old dead mod out there that fixes this but can EA please fix their game already?
