What determines if a sim will say yes to drinking from them?
I'm trying to complete Caleb's aspiration goals and one of them is to get 2 sims to agree to let drink from. I'm having a hard time, not even the sims he's friends with are saying yes!

Maybe it's random and maybe I've just been observing coincidences, but at this point I just try to at least be nice to the victim before just straight up being like "hey i'm thirsty and wanna suck your plasma, can i do that". Gotta build up that trust first, you know. This usually works for me.
That's what I've always done and I've never gotten a denial! :)
