I put everything but residential lots there usually lounges, generic homes for my sims to use as pretend hotels and B&B's. Restaurants, churches, cemetaries ect.. I'm mostly putting french quarter type builds there now when I remember to do with multiple saves going on.
I keep the more modern commercial builds for other areas especially Newcrest.
