I kept most of the San Myshuno households (I normally would delete most of them), and I really intended to play him, but I have not. When the neighbor's daughter grew up to YA, I decided she could have a date with him. I do age up non played sims, but he was still a YA I think. Anyway, it was quite difficult for this young woman to have a decent conversation with him. He was annoyed whatever she tried to discuss. Not sure if it was a random bad day for him, or if his personality is a bit tricky? I like him though.
