Great idea for a mermaid house.

There are some really great ideas here! I only made some very minor changes. I wanted a lot where my Sims that live in other worlds could stay overnight, so I changed the lot type into a National Park. Outside I added some functional bushes, a swingset, the new barbecue pit and a picknick table. Inside I added a proper bedroom and a full bathroom. I need to decorate some more, but it already works great as a vacation home.

Btw as this is one of the few posts about this lot, has anyone found out how to open the chest? :s i've tried searching the interwebs sooo much but i cant find any answers.

Love what everyone did, they are all nice, I want my sims to live in the underground. I did put a pond on the lot so far. I just think I will redecorate it and see what happens, some nice ideas here. thanks for the post.

I downloaded a renovated but not overly luxurious off the grid residental version of it again. I need more non-horrible townies, so I moved the Eclectic Arts family into it from Strangeville. They fit the off the grid look and are the best thing with Strangeville as far as I am concerned.
