What do you do when "stans" invade your home?

Lots of fences with locked gates. The Private Dwelling lot trait helps.

The one stan my sim had was already an acquaintance. I let her hang out and they became friends. She still comes over at the wrong times, though.

I mostly ignore mine, worst thing they do for me is play in my rubbish. But lucky for me my stan is neat so he cleans up after himself. I hate him but it could be worse.

I should follow this up with the fact that currently my Global Superstar (he's a Rock Star) is living with his younger sister and her family). He's in the process of having his own place built, complete with a better fencing. Twice, his brother-in-law shooed the Stan away, as did my Sims' sister. This just made Stan angry at Brianna, yet he stayed in their backyard. (must be homeless. :open_mouth: )

Sadly, that was the only fireplace on the lot not upgraded to Firesafe. Shame.

I have strangerville installed and i just give every stan that visit my home bizarre fruit, you'll be left alone for a few more days before a new one appears but just repeat the cycle.

I forgot to mention they do enter your house while possesed but they only drink water and stare blankly at objects, when they leave you wont see them again (unless you place them in a home trough household management)

I just have my Global Superstar give the Stan his autograph. That heretofore has 'cured' the problem, except for the fact a new Stan will spawn. LOL As far as keeping them out of the house and off of the property, itself, I build that tall fence provided in GF around the property and lock the gate. I also put the mailbox just outside so he can still get his mail.

Threaten them.

If you're using the Road to Fame mod, you can have a Sim 'create drama with' or just have your Sim 'fight' them.
