What do you do with clones?
My scientist sim Francine Walker just made a clone of herself since it was a job task for her day, I didn't realise the clone would be added to the household.
So now there's Kate Walker, who is identical in every way, is seen as her sister but also a clone (it's fun they have some unique interactions like a mirror game) who does not have her job but does have all her skills, and was brought home to the city apartment where Francine lives with three childhood friends she reconnected with after college. (That's the premise I went with for them at least.)
First thing I did was change the colouring of her tops and full outfits just a little, to more easily tell them apart, it's funny that when I planned to have Francine go trim her bonsai tree, Kate was already doing that and the first thing they both did after getting home was clean the kitchen counter.
Both are neat loner perfectionists.
When everyone else was sleeping, and Kate was still awake since she's only been alive half a day and was created with full motives, I had her write down a bucket list of goals to get an idea what direction to take her. Just random goals.
The results are that she wants to make the greatest dish ever, wants to sneak into the tiger sanctuary in Tomarang, wants to clean 20 things (which Franchine has had for a random bucket list goal too and already completed) and spend some time in a park.
I suppose she could go into a culinairy career, but maybe I'll just have her focus on mastering cooking first and maybe see a bit more how she might grow different from Francine. Like her traits changing or such. I'll just accept all suggested trait changes for her and might have her change her appearance more drastically to match, become more of her own person.
