Build a Senior Residence Home and place them there. Might be fun to see them play out their days, cards, Don't Wake the Llama, chess. Storyline could be they've developed a debilitating disease (Parkinson's Disease) or Alzheimer's, or Dementia, which is equally bad on some levels. And that their children can't be there full time to watch over them.
