What do you look for in downloaded house lots from the gallery?

I look for houses that don't use absurd tricks like overlapping objects. It's difficult to explain, there are a lot of things that make me delete the house right away when I see them, like windows and doors placed on a corner. I don't download often though, and usually I place them unfurnished because creators make a wild use of MOO. As for style and number of bedrooms, it depends on what I need.
