What do you look for in downloaded house lots from the gallery?

I like building house lots so I'd love to know what people want from their downloaded lots, style, how many bedrooms, how many packs used, etc. I'd love to hear your feedback to the following: 1) ...

1) Often - can't build for toffee!
2) Modern or traditional. I'm not keen on the fantasy-type builds unless it's for, say, a themed restaurant
3) Medium-sized lots (3 bedrooms, 4 max.)
4) I don't mind a bit of MOO for small clutter objects but not keen on larger pieces being joined together
5) Some clutter is great, but I prefer the 'less is more' approach :) Having said that, I'm very grateful for all the talented and generous builders out there because see point 1 :mrgreen:
