I'm very appreciative of these responses. I think what I'm getting is that for the most part, the majority of people who download house lots are looking for a maximum of 4 bedrooms (so 1-4 bedroom lots) and smaller lots preferred (so probably nothing over 40x30). As far as MOO is concerned, most seem to be OK with some use of MOO but heavy use of MOO is probably a negative thing. Also I now realize that anything which makes viewing angles difficult such as roofing cover all the walls or decorative objects which stay in view even with the walls down, is probably also a negative.
