What do you look for in downloaded house lots from the gallery?

I like building house lots so I'd love to know what people want from their downloaded lots, style, how many bedrooms, how many packs used, etc. I'd love to hear your feedback to the following: 1) ...

1) All the time, I have wayyyyy too many downloads
2) Mostly traditional but sometimes modern
3) At least two to three bedrooms
4) No
5) Just create what you want and don't be afraid to try new things.
