i would've loved to take my mermaid deepsea diving and actually immerse in that sort of world. like, if they do patch free-ocean swimming for base game and other expansions, there wouldn't be much added to this world itself as an expansion. like don't get me wrong, i love it all, but i think the majority of the budget went to modeling and programming workable oceans that they didn't necessarily get to other parts of an expansion that separate it from a gamepack
edit: and to be clear, i pre-ordered it the moment i could. i love everything about this. just wish there was an active diving skill and a separate loaded lot where you can scuba dive around and play as a mermaid. that just looked so neat in sims 3 and could've been redone better in this iteration given it has a loading screen
I agree, but I thought we weren’t getting diving so I’m glad we got it, and we can find treasure. I think they should have added some stuff in the depths (farthest from shallows) for sims to dive down into, and dig through. Also take pictures and all. I’m just grateful that I got my basics.
