What do you think of Get Famous?

Um is it just acting? The girl at the party was photographed when she played the guitar so maybe there's more careers.
This might be a good chance to play with diffeent costumes and occults I never do normally which is good. If we get to choose the outfits for films.

Maybe. I might wait for a sale on it. I don't really care for content that takes my Sims away from the home lot too much, and that's pretty much all that there seems to be unfortunately (I play families).

Just doesn't seem like much content at all for an EP... one active career, a new system (being famous) and one new world? ... meh.

I never use the active careers so the actor one is a big no for me, I don't like the buy and build and Cas content that was showed so far and I don't like the fact that they are trying so hard to appeal the so called "game changer" (I don't even know what they are, since I don't use YouTube). The only thing I could like about this pack is the new world but it's not enough to buy it.

I am totally stoked for this! I saw an 18th century dress, at least for a woman in the clip. I'm guessing there's a celebrity system and I'm certain, one way or another I can get a singer Sim into the mix. This is right up my alley! I'm very excited, so much so I keep making really dumb typos. LOL

I totally get what you're saying. However, I can probably live with it, since I managed to live with it in Sims3.

I'm intrigued, and I might get it. I'd like to know more about the pack, though. Very excited for the new world.

For me, I'm playing an ancestral save that takes place in the 18th century. You can imagine how stoked I was at seeing that costume and that hair. I do hope they did enough research to include the everyday white linen cap the women wore to help keep their hair clean in between washings. This will keep me from using cc again. I do have the Road to Fame Mod, and another one to help with the singer career. Looks like I won't need these. I'm too exited and glad it's not that long of a wait. :) Smiling so hard my cheeks ache.
