They have not fixed the milestones. When you go off to play another household, the infants are at ground zero. However, when you go back into that household, the milestones are there. It would be nice if the infants could crawl if you play a different household and you invite them over, but no fix yet.
I love all the appliances that come with Home Chef Hustle. I did make a pizza parlor with my Dine Out and unfortunately those special pizzas are not used for Dine Out.
Whoever introduced milestones never conisdered rotational gameplay. They fixed part of it. If you rotate households they will still be there if you rotated back to a household. but unforturantly milestones of families who are currently not your played household don't have them. Which is very annoying for infanct. If you can and want to use mods, there is a fix to adress this issue.
