There are some great ideas here! I am particularly hoping for werewolves (because my vampire needs a pet worthy rival), romance (with a chemistry system, improved weddings, and more romance interactions, incl cuddling in bed and slow dancing), and generations themed packs (with a free baby patch). I would also love to have cars (with a mechanic career), horses (with a horse riding skill), hotels and rented lots (because I still need my beach vacation world), bands (with more instruments e.g. lutes, harps, upright pianos, electric guitars), more 'every day' careers (incl playable NPC careers e.g. librarian, repairman), and hobbies (e.g. sewing/embroidery, origami etc.). Hopefully, now we have bikes, we will also have exercise bikes at some point and dumbbells.
