The ability to make up my own kind of ceremony in any location I wish, without requirements for things that I might not wish to use in every case (wedding cakes, arches, certain musical instruments, certain types of clothing, etc). If I could do that, I might actually do a wedding or two in my game sometimes. But I doubt that'll happen, so the best I could hope for would be a much wider array of romantic interactions. Of course, I'd want that much in any case, but I wouldn't want it locked behind having weddings.
