I feel like the wind could be augmented a little more. Make it a tad realistic where it can move clothes and hair as such. I feel like their could be a new service like ambulences and House calls all withen a margin of error and limits, actually making the hospital more useful than a job to go to. Better annimations and more interactions with more sims.
