What does convert 5 Sims into Full Grown Vampires mean

@Tanja1986 , I hope it doesn't mean grand master, because I want my main vampire to be the only grand master vampire in town, once she reaches that level (or in case Vlad is a grand master, too, he'll be the other one). But anyway, the idea in my game is that only the really old vampires can be grand masters. Not someone, who was just recently turned. Then it just means I can't play that aspiration.
