What does Parenthood actually change?

I really like this pack.
Its added the character values which are something that could influence how the Sims behave in their later life.
For example, I have a responsible Sims where it helps a lot when they started working. I don't need to work on their daily task because it's automatically full, and the same goes when they have homework. So, I can either work on the other tasks to get promoted or just enjoying the day without having to worry about the daily task.
Another example is a good manner where you'll have an additional greeting. It can ensure that your Sims will have a positive relationship when they just meet someone new.
For my play style, I enjoy having them to mix with positive & negative character values. It makes my Sims more unique.
