What does your Newcrest look like?

I use Newcrest as an entertainment area with community lots so my sims and families can just go spend time and have fun. I usually have a park, several restaurants, bowling, skating, theater, museum, spa and anything else I might want them to do when I first start a new game. I use it for family outings on the weekend or a weekend out on the town.
