What exactly *is* Custom Content? How can I add it to my game and create it?

I've seen various YouTubers use CC before, but they never explained how it's any different from Gallery items or mods. What is the difference between the three? How can I add CC to my own games, or de...

Cc allows you to get good looking player made hairstyles,clothes,skins,furnitures,presets.
There are two kind of clothing and hair cc.
Alpha and Maxis-match

Maxis match fits to the games style while Alpha cc is more realistic looking.

The only problem with cc is that it could mess your game up but there are programs to fix that.
