What exactly is 'Generations'?
I keep seeing people post about wanting generations and that it's being hinted at in a future pack, but no one is explaining what it is. Anyone want to tell me?

Wow; it never occurred to me that some people here don’t know what Generations is... I guess you’re new to the franchise and you’ve only played Sims 4? Well, let me tell you, you don’t know what you’re missing!
(I’ve only been playing Sims since 2015, but I started with Sims 3 and it was my favorite Sims game until I tried Sims 2 at the start of the quarantine.)
