What features are a MUST with the new expansion?

This pack doesn't look like it's gonna be my favourite but I'm mostly looking forward to water activities.

Gotta be able to live there. Lots of beach activities and I’m stoked about open water. Love the way they’ve done mermaids. I’m excited to see if there are seasonal storms if you also have seasons.

From what we saw today, resorts and hotels are not in this EP but really, that's fine with me. I think it's going to be a lot like Jungle Adventure but with an open ocean and stuff. The objects look amazing, looks like there could be new flowers and stuff. Suntans/burns. Snorkeling. Loungers FINALLY! I'm good. The rest is just cherry sauce.

I’m very excited, and I think it will all turn it out really well, my only concerns: You won’t be able to vacation there (just residential), mermaids are like JA skeletons, and the pack won’t have a whole lot of activities. Just watched the EA Play; It is only residential, mermaids are playable, and the pack looks very full ❤️?

Crap I didn't see the All option. I want all of them! But I can live without hotels
