Sand area -play with sand
Deer, real bears, eagles, more wildlife
Potential attack from bears or they just steal food left out.
Big Foot  Sasquatch sightings.
Bird watching activities
Being able to plant anywhere -even off lots
Mountain climbing
Rvs
