What Graphics Do You Play On?

I play with nearly everything on low in laptop mode (I like having some mirror reflection and view distance). I'm playing on a 13" MacBook Pro from 2015, so I can't go much higher with any of the graphics. I tried to set Sims and objects on Medium once and my game crashed within 10 minutes. However, stuff still looks great and I like the art style of TS4. I sure wish I could see my sim's freckles though. I only see them in CAS and she looks so cute with them but I can't see them in Live Mode. :/
