First been on vacation then I got ill, but slowly coming back to my old self again. Today I decided to start the game and continue were I last played. I wanted to try my hands at being a Landlord, and since Kitty Potter is fairly rich as I've played her for a while, she bought a medium posh 4* residential rental, with three units. She moved into the smallest one. and are renting out the other two. The game isn't easy to figure out sometimes, not even for someone who's been playing since 2000, but I think I'm beginning to get how it works.
Anyway, took a snap after todays gaming session were I've dealt with a Tenant Revolt and done a maintenance round in one of the rentals.
- @BylineBelife I don't have For Rent, so I am always curious to see gameplay with it 🙂
The rental units home is lovely @BylineBelife 🙂 Very nice furnishing of the build. It is good that she was able to cope with the Tenant Revolt issue!
@BylineBelife Glad to hear you're feeling better. I haven't even attempted to rent out anything yet and having a Sim become a landlord. Looks fun but scary at the same time. 🤔 I like the hopscotch and the little welcome mat. I enjoy looking at the little things like that Simmers throw together on their Lot.

I actually like it best for it's world and it's build/CAS items and for Tibert the cuddly tiger. I don't have the patience for the intricacies of being a landlord (and it reminds me I can never catch my own landlord because he loves to travel to Thailand... which is ironic!)Well, THIS happened.
