First been on vacation then I got ill, but slowly coming back to my old self again. Today I decided to start the game and continue were I last played. I wanted to try my hands at being a Landlord, and since Kitty Potter is fairly rich as I've played her for a while, she bought a medium posh 4* residential rental, with three units. She moved into the smallest one. and are renting out the other two. The game isn't easy to figure out sometimes, not even for someone who's been playing since 2000, but I think I'm beginning to get how it works.
Anyway, took a snap after todays gaming session were I've dealt with a Tenant Revolt and done a maintenance round in one of the rentals.
@BylineBelife Hope you're feeling better! I've only played one rental and I keep going back to it to test bugs and workarounds. Yours looks great.
I actually like it best for it's world and it's build/CAS items and for Tibert the cuddly tiger. I don't have the patience for the intricacies of being a landlord (and it reminds me I can never catch my own landlord because he loves to travel to Thailand... which is ironic!)

- @slytheringoddes I've never seen anything like that, I must have sat and rewatched it 20 times! I think that's the freakiest thing I've ever seen in the game. 🫣
@slytheringoddes Is it wrong that I laughed at that so hard? 😃 Kudos to the rider for being able to stay on.
I enjoy that toddlers can even interact with pets. I think Brutus likes William, as it looks like he's giving kisses.
