Well, while I was playing the only family not linked by blood to my original sim and instead by marriage, Bruno's wife randomly died from laughter while she was inspired. I was really annoyed and had him plead for her life, which did not work. I decided to leave Khamira dead. Ugh! Now, Bruno is living with his two teenage kids, Samir and Yaritza. Bruno and Khamira lived apart from each other for most of the kids' toddlerhood, while Bruno finished college. And now, Khamira is gone. They were one of my favorite couples!
