Vanessa believes in confronting your fears, she was going to figure out why everyone in town was acting so strange. She went to the house where she felt most uncomfortable passing by, something told her this was the root of it all. Before knocking on the door she eavesdropped hoping to hear something.
With nothing heard, she knocked. She was welcomed by Vlad, he let her in. Stepping foot she immediately noticed the statue in the hallway. It was...unsettling.
He gave her a small tour, and told her about the history of his home. She was impressed by the portraits, though when she looked away for a minute and looked back she was sure the portrait was different.
The air felt cold and it was incredible quiet, she quickly excused herself. Still she wasn't done, she needed a DNA sample. She was reluctant to hug him but she needed a reason to get close enough to pull a strand of hair off his jacket.
She immediately headed to the lab, to test the hair. She was going to get answers.
Good luck Vanessa. Be careful though. Vlad is a notorious ladies man and a real pain in the neck. 😁
