I made it so my two lesbian sims could get one of them pregnant but they both ended up getting pregnant. One ended up going into labor while her wife was giving birth to her baby XD. They both had boys. I have a pose pack that randomly goes off in my game and they were looking at the coffee pot lovingly and holding each other like they were proud parents of a brand new coffee pot.
