I have been troubleshooting when I had time this week, fixing my game but like @manicpot8to this weel in real life stuff kept me captive as well.
I will have to catch up on the new chapter @DaniRose2143 but looks good

Today Carringtion finally engaged to Madyson. He has been Evergreen Harbor's biggest player, but finally met a women who has stole his heart.
While I found the gallery to be the most efficient way get jewelry to the other sims households, I have set up a shop for Krya. It's really a life work / loft. She found this old abandon warehouse, (it was the library, which I cut down to 15x20 lot size and renovated), and renovated to be her work space and showroom because there was not enough room, at home and with the two twins, she had to always pick them up, I couldnt finish designing all the jewelry I wanted.

I have already done the math and the overhead cost is probably not going to work out. I going to have to jump start the basis of her collection, and they rely on her distributor, the gallery, to get it out the clients. Then sell this property to another crafter or photographer for a live/work loft.

She has one client who wants a wedding ring at the moment, and a couple of more big name clients asking for custom jewelry. The store works great as an owner running it. I have not had the glitch with items going back in inventory. They are all on the table when I return.

However visiting the store, I am getting the GTW glitch again, where visiting as a customer, I can not purchase anything and looks like the store is closed. Cleo went to pick up the latest designs and it was closed. For the first time ever I was able to get in the cave to visit the top of the mountain in Moonwood Mill. She showered in the rain on top but I want to make this a new place for meetings for some clubs.

The Dior Boutique of Skelita's, same story, she and her granddaughter crafted some high end designs, and no customers visited and could not buy them when other sims visited. I working on the bubble tea next to see if I can add items there some can pick up. I love how Skelita's shop looks with the jewelry case and plan to have it similar in rodeo drive. Wedding jewelry more so there. I may upload jewelry crafted as rooms in gallery. I find making jewelry a lot of fun.
Really hope the make more game play of designing create a sim stuff like clothes design and hair design.
