What happens after you become Chief of Police? And Other Gameplay Questions

(note my only "detective' show is Murdoch Mysteries) you might as chief of police be asked to um go on some cases (like maybe trying to interview a suspect?) with the detective or play 'bad'/'good' cop with the 'detective' cop in the interrogation room. I'm going to be using a cheat for my Braceknreid sim to be the police chief so I can have him be at the top of the ladder to represent the head of the station and I might use it too for my Murdoch sim to be a police detective and Crabtree be a cadet.
