What happens when you don't let your Teens go to school?

Hi guys. I'm doing a challenge that I made up (not sure if it exists already) where you run a little Youth/home thing for insane runaway teens who were so neglected and naughty as a child they've ended up in my care. They're only allowed day out trips on the Weekend but other than that, they cannot leave the Facility. So yeah, I mainly wanted to know if social services will take away the Teens if I don't allow them to go to school. I know with Child sims they can be taken away, but is it the same with Teens?! Thank you.

Obviously, in real life, it's not as simple as earn good grades and have a good career. If it were, poverty in America wouldn't exist (or it would, but nowhere near the level it does). But such things aren't a concern in Sims 4. All sims get the same opportunities, no matter how good (or bad) they start out.
