What have you done with Hound's Head?

This is the 64x64 lot in Brindleton Bay. The views are simply gorgeous and I'd never use it for a residential lot so I'm trying to decide what to do with it. Maybe a park or a restaurant with lots of ...

I put this restaurant there but I rarely visit. It takes a while to load into it and it's not very functional as a restaurant. It looks pretty, though.

It was built by Simproved, but I don't remember what its original name was.
