What have you found out about Sims and clothing optional lots?

I have a clothing optional retail store. I really hate when customers sit on the furniture. :D Having said that, it's owned by a loner couple and I really use it as their vacation home. They don't get any clothing optional buffs specific to the loner trait , other than being tense when customers come in to shop, but not about nudity. They get a risky business playful buff when they dance in the nude when it's just them.
