What have you guys built in Magnolia Promenade?

Originally I built shops there in the New Orleans style (to fit the surrounds), but I could never get enthusiastic about the place. It always looked half-dead. I have now decided to reserve this district for my public buildings like the gym, library, art center and museum, so that I can free up those lots in my other neighborhoods and use them for something more interesting. I am about halfway through the reconstruction. I am using a simple, contemporary, but homely style.
