What If Seasons is Confined to Specific Locations?

In 2017 I'd be pretty disappointed if weather can not be in all worlds, current and to come. While weather was ok in TS2..that's an old game now...Games have evolved well past that set up these days.

However, my gut tells me weather will be world specific and probably destination worlds at that. :|
