It's not based on suspicions, quite the opposite actually : they have already commented that restricting seasons to a specific world isn't what they would like to do. So odds are "weather confined to one new world" is in fact the least likely scenario.
Ok, thanks for answering, so it’s purely hypothetical then fortunately. I sure hope they’ll implement weather in one package.
