What If Seasons is Confined to Specific Locations?

Gaging the requests for Seasons how would you feel about weather being confined to one new world or four different packs for each type of weather? Or one pack like one pack that contains four differ...

I like seasons, but at this time its not a must for me. I would be just as happy to send my sims to a ski vacation world, to experience winter.
It would be awesome if we could really ski or snowboard on mountains.
