What If Seasons is Confined to Specific Locations?

Gaging the requests for Seasons how would you feel about weather being confined to one new world or four different packs for each type of weather? Or one pack like one pack that contains four differ...

We can toggle various lot traits, the game can toggle various festivals, as well as night effects for example, so I think it will be fine :)
