Did they mean like Oakenstead lot where the lot is uneven? and the Cubby lot in NC? Because though they patched those months ago they become uneven again and break tile placement etc. from time to time after new patches. It seems any uneven lot in TS4 causes all sorts of building problems. I ran into these problems myself several times after patches on at least those two lots. And if you had a foundation on the Oakenstead lot you would not be able to remove it sometimes, depending on which patch broke it again the next time. Even if you bulldozed the entire lot. I hate to hear those might be broken again.
