Did they mean like Oakenstead lot where the lot is uneven? and the Cubby lot in NC? Because though they patched those months ago they become uneven again and break tile placement etc. from time to time after new patches. It seems any uneven lot in TS4 causes all sorts of building problems. I ran into these problems myself several times after patches on at least those two lots. And if you had a foundation on the Oakenstead lot you would not be able to remove it sometimes, depending on which patch broke it again the next time. Even if you bulldozed the entire lot. I hate to hear those might be broken again.
Offhand I am not familiar with those lots. I have a bad habit of not paying attention to their names. Were they already built lots? Nowadays I almost never move my sims (that I actually play with) into built lots. (I used to when the game first came out - as there was no room otherwise.) I leave Maxis Sims where they are. I move Sims I want in the game as friends or love interests to my sims into already built starter lots and rarely do a lot to them. It's just a place to put Sims I wanted sort of protected from the cull monster - so I do very little to their surroundings - just add needed skill stuff, get them jobs - etc - and sometimes visit them with my Sims.
My Sims I start on a fair size empty lot and make them live within their means - no cheats. The struggle is real - in my game - lol. I will now have to check out those two lots. Curiosity grows. Thanks a lot. LOL.

Well Of course the Cubby lot would be an empty one for sure - being in NC. LOL. I'm being dull witted today - I think. Where will I find the Oakenstead lot - NC too perhaps?
