I read some things were broken on sites with sims news but you are right. It's CC that's broken. I just wanted to say they changed the code (which led to broken CC, like you pointed out) but it feels to me they are changing and preparing things in game to handle something new, perhaps snow?
And I realise past seasons EP's had other features to accompany them, but those never felt like main features to me personally. They never called the EP's gardening EP (TS2) or festival EP (TS3). So I guess we'll just wait and see what other features they might combine with seasons. Assuming we will actually get seasons since nothing is confirmed yet.
