What If Seasons is Confined to Specific Locations?

Gaging the requests for Seasons how would you feel about weather being confined to one new world or four different packs for each type of weather? Or one pack like one pack that contains four differ...

Personally, I'd love it if we could just set the climate for each world like with Sims 2 and 3. By default, they could have climate that makes sense (Oasis Springs has all summer by default for example), but the player should be able to change that.

In Sims 2, you could put winter in desert worlds. It didn't make sense, but if that's what the player wanted, it can happen. "You Rule" and "Weirder Stories" and all that.
