Totally depends. As much as I'd like to have changing seasons in every neighborhood, I don't want it if it's going to make them all run like San Myshuno. If it couldn't be added in the existing ones it would suck, but if it had to be a new world to make it work, as long as it was done well and had all four seasons in that ONE world so my sim could live there and experience them all, I'd buy it. But otherwise I'm not really interested in travelling to a DIFFERENT zone every time to experience snow, rain, or fall separately.
