What If Seasons is Confined to Specific Locations?

Gaging the requests for Seasons how would you feel about weather being confined to one new world or four different packs for each type of weather? Or one pack like one pack that contains four differ...

if Seasons don't come in some form in all worlds, I'm not buying it. Now there isn't much weather in the desert that is Oasis Springs, but no way am I buying it as piecemeal.
