What If Seasons is Confined to Specific Locations?

Gaging the requests for Seasons how would you feel about weather being confined to one new world or four different packs for each type of weather? Or one pack like one pack that contains four differ...

Personally, I'm not going to accept technical limitations as an excuse if they don't give us seasons and weather in all existing worlds. If it could be done 10 years ago in the engine of a 13 year old game, then there is no genuine reason why it can't be done now.
