What If Seasons is Confined to Specific Locations?

Gaging the requests for Seasons how would you feel about weather being confined to one new world or four different packs for each type of weather? Or one pack like one pack that contains four differ...

I would never buy them if the seasons were split up in their own packs. That would be the utmost desperate money-grab and I am incredibly frugal.

Being able to adjust weather and the seasons for each world/neighborhood is a major option, in my opinion, that needs to be included if we ever get weather or seasons for the Sims 4.
