what in game graphics do you play on? could you also post pics of what the graphics look like?

I want to play on high, but I'm forced to use a mixture due to lag. I keep my sims and objects on high and the shadows and other settings on medium and low. It's a decent balance until I upgrade my rig with a better graphics card.
